Refund & Return Policy
At CreatorKids, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you and your little builders to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below.
Our Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described, we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. Just reach out to us at creatorkidstoys@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Report an Issue
To help us resolve things quickly, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue (for damaged or faulty items)
Once we receive this, we'll review your request and get back to you within 2 business days with a solution.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you're covered. We'll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the item in most cases; a photo or video is usually enough for us to resolve it.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us with a photo and your order number. We'll send the correct item at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
As our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been shipped. Please choose carefully and check product details, dimensions, and age recommendations before ordering. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel or amend it.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it hasn't yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
We're unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Change-of-mind purchases after an order has shipped
- Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Items reported outside the 14-day window
- Normal delivery delays within our estimated shipping time frames
