Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CreatorKids! We're committed to getting our creative, educational toys to your little builders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the details below about our shipping process.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to Australia and the United States. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we may not deliver to your region just yet — but we're always expanding, so check back soon.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to both Australia and the United States. No minimum spend, no surprise fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase. During this time, our team prepares and quality-checks your order before it ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 5–15 business days
  • United States: 5–15 business days

Most orders arrive well within this window, but please allow up to 20 business days during busy periods or for occasional customs or courier delays. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as delivery can be affected by factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, postal service disruptions, weather, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience — if your order takes longer than expected, please reach out and we'll help track it down.

Customs & Import (US Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States are sent from our overseas fulfilment partners. In the rare event that any customs or import fees apply, these are the responsibility of the customer. However, our standard shipping is designed to minimise any such charges.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at creatorkidstoys@outlook.com and we'll make it right.
